Use of the Fazzmi App
- Fazzmi is an online platform that allows small businesses to sell their products to customers. You agree to use the app in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Fazzmi account, including your login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use the Fazzmi app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the sale of illegal or counterfeit products
Payment & Fees
- Fazzmi charges a commission fee for each sale made through the app. The commission fee will be clearly stated on the app and is subject to change.
- You are responsible for setting the price of your products, including any taxes and shipping fees.
- Fazzmi will process payments on your behal
f and will deduct the commission fee from the total sale price. Payment processing fees may also apply.
Product Listings
- You are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings on the Fazzmi app.
- Fazzmi reserves the right to remove any product listings that violate our policies or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Fazzmi is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between sellers and buyers on the app.
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights related to your products and listings.
- By using the Fazzmi app, you grant Fazzmi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your product listings for the purpose of promoting the app.
Termination
- Fazzmi reserves the right to terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms and conditions or if we believe that your use of the app may harm Fazzmi or our users.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Fazzmi customer support.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Fazzmi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the app or the products sold on the app.
- Fazzmi is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from the use of the app or the products sold on the app.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold Fazzmi and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Pricing
Our pricing is in INR and is competitive with other online shopping apps in the region. We strive to provide the best value for our customers, and we offer discounts and promotions on a regular basis. All pricing includes any applicable taxes or fees.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Fazzmi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept cancellations and modifications to orders within 24 hours of placing the order. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been used or are not in their original condition. Please note that some products, such as perishable goods, cannot be refunded or returned.
